Translation Management

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all doing well! As a freelance translator, do you use or ever thought of using a translation management system?

I would have never thought that I needed one, but as more clients and projects have come along (even for volunteer work), I realized that I needed help to keep track of the projects’ deadlines, deliverables and invoicing.

Through ProZ.com I found “Protemos”. It is a very simple and user-friendly system (and free!), that is helping me a lot! It keeps track of everything, it generates all invoices and I can export everything to Excel and PDF to keep it in my PC.

All you have to do is feed the necessary information to the system, and then it takes care of everything! I highly recommend it for all freelance translators in need of a helping hand. You can find out more about it at https://protemos.com/freelance.html
